Generally, the wall thickness of outdoor lamps is 3-5mm. Set reinforcement ribs or reinforcement structures at corners and joints that are prone to extrusion, such as setting triangular reinforcement ribs at the four corners to disperse external forces. If the lamp is installed at a high place or in a place prone to collision, use a buffer structure, such as installing a rubber buffer pad at the bottom to absorb the impact.
Surface treatment cannot be ignored. Apply an anti-corrosion coating, such as fluorocarbon paint or powder coating, to resist chemical corrosion. And ensure a good waterproof seal, use high-quality sealing rubber rings and sealants to seal interfaces and joints to prevent moisture and dust from entering.
It is also important to install the lamp correctly and use suitable accessories to fix it firmly in harsh environments. In addition, lamps should be inspected and maintained regularly, dust and dirt on the surface should be cleaned, seals and structural integrity should be checked, and any problems found should be repaired in a timely manner.
